At Nine West, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new footwear or accessories aren't the perfect fit, you can return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is submitted, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your return package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the items in their original Nine West shoebox or packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized shipping carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
